I worked for the No.1 slimming company in the UK for 13 years after losing just short of 6 stone.
I had a passion for helping people and throughout my weight loss career I gained vast knowledge and experience in how our relationship with food works.
After leaving the company I set up my own business to fulfil my passion but gain greater knowledge of how the mind works.
Day to day I help people to realise their worth, assisting them to make the necessary changes in their lives to live the life they want and deserve!
Fully qualified in Hypnotherapy, Coaching and a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), allowing me to have the right tools to help people with many of the problems/issues we come up against in our daily lives.
